Fast Start, Costly Disqualification for Kazakhstan

Chon Buri, 20 December – Team Kazakhstan showed strong speed and sharp hiking in Group B on Day 2, leading early in Race 3 in fully powered conditions. They fought hard for advantage upwind but penalties and spinnaker issues halted their charge and forced retirement. In Race 4, Kazakhstan stayed in the fight, recovered from a slow hoist, and finished racing with a solid downwind. Pace is there. Execution will be key as the nation-against-nation battle continues. With double points on offer tomorrow, anything can happen on the final day.
